HOW LONG WOULD DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery takes 48-72hrs with live tracking once an item has been purchased. Order confirmation and shipping emails will be sent out for clarification.

Due to Covid-19, delivery services may be extended from up to 2-3 days.

HOW FITTED IS THE CLOTHING?

Clothing is fitted true to size in the form of the UK standard S, M, L.
Check product info under specified item for models and sizing; for more clarity.

THERE'S A MISTAKE IN MY ADDRESS/ORDER?

Any errors that involve your order must be noted and emailed within 1 hour of purchase. If one hour has passed, still email regardless.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE?

Items must not be worn, altered or washed. Items should therefore be exchanged in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. Items returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the decision of Aiyekan Clothing.
Return postage is at the discretion of the customer; tracked is recommended.
